Case Study for Fiverr Product
Background
One of the research journals showed that people around the world spent 5 -6 hour to find the right freelancer or get the offer from the buyer. In a Covid-19 situation, it's was really helpful to all over the world. Get the work from anywhere. Fiverr is really transparent for your money. Fiverr provide all kind of service. Fiverr is the way where people convicted and get the work done very transparently.
Research Goal
In today's fast-paced world, and amidst this pandemic many people want to like remote work. and try to work as a freelance. In this Covid-19 situation to work as a freelance. In this Covid-19 situation lot's of people get lost their job and didn't get any job easily because of the covid situation. So Fiverr is coming to help and get a part-time job where people can spend there Budget for their own and get some work and find the right candidate according to their work.
Target Audience
Freelance is for those who went to work remote from home on the average age of my research results. The target audience for my app would be between 16–60 year of age, who fall under one of the following categories
Beginners who need complete guidance. How Product work and how you will earn money and get a good offer or. Find the best candidate for your project. Freelancer should aware of the communication with the client to get understand their needs than final to deal and are passionate to work for more business.
Design Process
I have used the 'Design thinking' approach for this case study to ensure the app is used- centric and also caters to technical- Feasibility and business viability. This process does not parallelly work it's going as interactively.
User Research
App Review: Help me out what are a problem that peoples are facing in our products and identity the reviews which are more valuable for our business to grow. Here I will sort the review of who is facing a number of the same problem or valuable in this product. I also performed a competitor analysis with a few existing freelances products to understand how they are functioning in a market and what problem they are trying to solve included the pros and cons of certain elements and most importantly it helped me gain an understanding of the design pattern that works successfully with the users.
Scenario and Story Boarding
Scenarios and storyboards are techniques that help to connect dots from the idea, to identify how the idea works in the real world. They create a bridge to explain the user experience in a real situation through text and visual representations.
I tried to come up with a few scenarios keeping the following reasons in mind :
- To describe user’s behaviour and interaction with the product in detail
- To get an understanding of the design viability
Wireframes
Wireframes help is establishing a skeleton view of the app screens. I started with low fidelity wireframes by creating a Black & white wireframe design then moved over to designing High-Fidelity wireframes with the help of Figma.
Visuals
