About myself
This is Kunal Saini as a Product design. I have 3+ year of experience in this industry. I have worked in B to B and B to C Products. I have tried to learn something new in my role from my teammates to explore a business. I have daily try to make something whatever seen new just for fun and refresh my mind. I enjoy collaborating with the Product, Business, Research and Tech teams. Discovering problems and finding solutions together is what makes a great team!
My Work Process
- Listen User First
- Note Down all the points
- Ideate on the points
- Do research on the product and competitor product
- Come back with the demo presentation
- Mark the Pros and cons in the presentation
- Create a User Journey and Persona
- Create Wireframe in Black and white view
- Visually design with prototype
- Test the Product
Challenges face when creating a Product
When I am going to create a Product Lot of questions comes in my mind like.
- Should I have to ask lots of questions?
- Should I have listened to everything?
- Priority not defined in the task have to deal in the company
- There is no timeline for any particular thing people randomly define
- Deal with a client is a big challenge when a user is non-tech.
- Feedback is a big task to achieve.
- Product research finds good and bad in the research part.
- Data is not confirmed for design.
- Most of the time didn't get the right answer it's all about in suspense
Teamwork
As a Product design, I have spent most of the with Product manager and DevOps team and they help out to go in the right direction. Solve Problem and learn new from them. I feel really help when people use our product very easily. The best thing in the teamwork is to motivate each of them and try to resolve each other problems and all are parallel move to the targeting direction. My work is defined like talk with people resolve their solution
Design Inspirations
I used to take some product and find some new things daily and nature. Meet some experienced people listen there success story and talk with them what's their a daily routine to do and learn. Draw some story and define my own way which helps me to find my skills. Try to create a case study on some of the big problem in our world. Reading book and article or apply them all the thing in my work and try to see the result.
Soft Skills
Soft skills are the best practice in your daily life. I really believe it helps in your career to grow your self. when I started my career. I really don't know the importance of soft-skills. But when I went to the gleac company and see they are doing to build new skills in the 21st century and help to grow your career then I started to read everything like how to communicate in a better and how to improve critical thinking in my lifestyle. If you are good in soft-skill you can survive anything that is the best thing in your career to grow your self.
