User Experience Tips for Working with Non-Technical People

So my journey is really challenging to work with a non-technical person but I have done a successful project with them. How I have been done let me explain you.

Point 1: When you work with a non-technical person don't explain about your self explain about the project as a business point of view, not technically explain it.

Point 2: Explain the project how they are comfortable with understanding the product ask the general question like how much time they spend on which thing you will get a hint from here to explain the product easier and faster.

Point 3: First listen carefully what they are saying many time people didn't listen carefully and do the work according to and they yell on you and that time to say handle the situation tell I am testing it out how a user reacts on this product never done in the first attempt will take small step to grow. I have noted down all the question and record the audio also.

Point 4: Many time designers don't like to work with a non-technical person because they have no knowledge about designing. but this is a good thing for us they are our real user so this is a challenge for us to explain the product if we do this so you win a half war.

Point 5: When you talk with someone in your team or unknown person notice his behaviour and voice accent.

Point 6: Designer has the power to explain the user to explain the product sketching the whole world see daily this thing and it's an easy and faster way.

Point 7: Don't get hide your mistake when they give you feedback. what you have to do notice everything that would be good for us according to a business goal.

Point 8: Don't think like you have the knowledge you can do everything it's not the right approach to take. listen to them and learn from others this is the right tool to learn it help you in your whole life.

Point 9: User experience is one of the unique things where you didn't see the result instantly it takes time to build the product. Mostly people going fast in without thinking about the product just because to make business this is not the right call to make business in danger zone.

Point 10: Mostly in Start-up people are not listen other just because they are not on a same level but dude you should listen to others because of they are working in the same platform and can explain like as a user not as a team member because of they don't have a technical skill they behave like a user.
